Here at Youth Program Development Consulting (YPDC), we believe in the principle of it taking a village to raise a child. Over the years, however, we began to question exactly what that village looked like. Now though, with over 16 years of experience working with at-risk youth, students with disabilities, and students in recreation services, we’ve discovered that the village can be anyone with a knowledge base willing to assist others in positively impacting our next generation.  

Focusing on primary components of student success—Student Safety, Organization, Staff Development, and Program Operations—YPDC, along with your team, will strive to implement success for the youth in your program. Together, we will build the village you have envisioned and help you become more than a babysitter.
